We want you to be completely satisfied with your merch! Here's how returns and exchanges work:

Time Frame

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

• Standard Merchandise (non-custom): Eligible for a full refund/exchange if returned in new, unused condition with original tags/packaging.
• Custom/Personalized Merchandise: Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible for a full refund or exchange, regardless of type.

Return/Exchange Process

Contact Us: Email Support@studlysworld.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for the return/exchange
• (If defective/damaged, please include photos)

Receive Instructions: We'll provide a return shipping label/instructions on how to send the items back.

Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible). Affix the provided label or ship according to our instructions.

Refunds/Exchanges Processed:

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Exchanges: We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your returned package.

Important Notes

• Shipping Costs:
• We provide pre-paid labels only for defective/damaged items.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
